Because our teachers all have extended experience and training in this particular style, I wanted to be sure and include this area for your viewing.

Anusara is a system of Hatha yoga developed by John Friend and has been growing at an amazing rate, worldwide since 1997.

Anusara teachings take the basic premise that, at it's core, life is good and meant to be explored in ways that stimulate life energy from within to collaborate with the physical experience, welcoming deep physical and mental transformantive shifts to take place. There's an invitation to use all of your senses to indulge freely into the experience you are having and into the pleasure of being alive.

This style gracefully combines an awakening of the highest characteristics of the heart with a very scientific biomechanical system of energy moving alignment principles. These alignment principles both guide us to our most joyful sense of Self, while moving the physical body closer and closer to its true optimal blue print of health and well-being.
