Building on the foundation of our Brand New to Yoga series, this 8 week series is designed to take students to the next level by refining alignment and establishing a steady, blissfulpractice. This series will include an in-depth look into sun salutes, standing postures, twists, forward bends, back bends and breath work. Students will learn more challenging variations on basic postures. Here at Yoga Suite we respect each students ability. Props will be provided and modifications offered so that poses are accessible for all students. Brand New to Yoga 2 will benefit students seeking to build confidence in their practice & enrich their understanding of Yoga with an introduction to Yoga philosophy.
Pre-requisite: Students need to have taken our Brand New to Yoga series (unless you have the instructor’s permission).
