Prenatal Yoga is a healthy, proactive way to gain strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy. Through yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques you are preparing your body and mind for the birth of your child.
Prenatal Yoga can help you relieve stress, tension and related aches, connect with your inner self and your unborn baby, as well as cope with hormones and your new, changing body.
Students are welcome to bring in any additional props for ease and comfort during classes. We will provide blankets, straps, blocks and bolsters as needed.
