Heather Daniele - Certified Anusara Teacher

Heather has studied Iyengar, Ashtanga, ISHTA with Alan Finger and Charles and Lisa Matkin, and is also certified in Teaching Pilates on the mat and on the equipment.  But her heart was won over when she began her journey with John Friend and Anusara Yoga.  The spirit of the style goes deep even beyond all the sophisticated alignment instructions into the heart of the practioner.

Since 2000, Heather has accumulated hundreds of hours with John Friend, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sienna Sherman, Mitchell Blier, Rich and Ruthie Bernhard, Ellen Saltenstall, Kathleen Hogan, and more.  Steeped in the Flow of Grace and the dedication of her own spiritual evolution, she is dedicated to teaching from her heart in a way that encourages her students to open "from the inside out".  Each student of Anusara is taught to step into the beauty within themselves as their understanding of the practice and the spirit of yoga unfolds.

Dan is a certified personal trainer and Yoga Instructor who is guaranteed to provide a balanced mixture of strong fitness and calming rejuvenation. After immersing himself into spiritual practice, eastern philosophy, western philosophy, and integral theory, Daniel left the corporate world behind to pursue his vision of facilitating healthy transformative growth in himself and others through teaching yoga.

Lisa Maccone--Certified Yoga Teacher 

Lisa found yoga as a form of exercise years ago and fell in love with not only the physical aspect of yoga, but how the practice transformed her life. After studying yoga in Freehold, NJ in the Sivananda lineage she decided to take her love of yoga to the next level. Lisa is a Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has studied the linage of Swami Sivananda teaching Classical Hatha Yoga. She teaches both group yoga classes as well as private yoga sessions. She is currently enrolled in YogaFlow Body & Mind’s 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Program which emphasizes the therapeutic aspect of yoga and is qualified to teach Prenatal Yoga as well as Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Lisa is Reiki 1 Certified and incorporates the healing energy of Reiki into her private sessions. You will find Lisa’s classes to be rooted in the traditional Classical Yoga style as well as an eclectic blend which incorporates Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Viniyoga inspirations.
